The role
As an HR Recruitment Specialist you will Manage the Local and Global Recruitment end-to-end process to ensure timeous and cost effective filling of all vacancies Ensure that all the steps in the process are followed and completed (Pre-employment testing: short lists, interviews, personality tests, proficiency tests, taking references, etc) . Ensure compliance to relevant legislation, EE targets, and the relevant labour law requirements throughout the entire recruiting process. Develop, review and update employee Job Profiles as required. Manage the recruitment process within the HCMS, as well as external systems used throughout the process. . Manage on-boarding process for new recruits,Coordinate all Pre-employment checks and appropriate actions required.
Your profile
We are looking at interested and energised candidates with a Degree in HR or equivalent, with a minimum of 5-years’ experience. Industry experience is highly valued, and very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal are required. You must be motivated and attention to detail is essential. Your leadership style is characterised by the ability to motivate employees reporting to you, the creation of trust, empowering and inspiring leadership in line with the Company’s Operating way (The Sandvik way).
You must be able to travel, and have the ability to work effectively within and report to a matrix organisation.
