Purpose of Role
The purpose of the role is split into two key areas:
Strategy: Plan, Drive and Execute identified cross functional strategic analysis/decision support projects and value creation initiatives:
Decision Analysis and Recommendations in support of business / functional strategies
Value Creation initiatives incl. business development and breakthrough initiatives
Provide capabilities and rigor to our strategic decision making processes
Innovation: Support and manage the Brandhouse product innovation agenda, agreeing priorities, resources and key interdependencies:
Decision Analysis and Recommendations in support of category/brand strategies
Prioritization of projects to ensure best ROI, strategic fit and alignment to commercial capabilities
Support the category Decision Support Analysts to ensure that they have the context to think, decide and act.

Strategic Decision Analysis & Support
Drive the development and execution of strategic decision analytics and support
Drive the development and deployment of decision support processes and methodologies for brandhouse
Support Shareholders, Exec as well as functions in value improvement initiatives: Drive insights from deep dive analysis, provide strategic support & facilitation as and when required
Drive, prioritise and execute strategic initiative analysis derived from strategic planning process, global strategic initiatives and key cross functional / regional programmes (incl. new business development, acquisition reviews, etc.)
…all of the above with the objective to identify quantify and unlock value-creation opportunities for the business.
Understand sponsor’s issue to identify scope of work and plan the activities and resources required for the project.
Deliver great project outcomes for sponsors – robust, pragmatic strategies that create new possibilities for the business. Most projects require analytical models built from a wide range of internal and external data – all need clear, concise presentation and communication of conclusions to stakeholders.
Handover project to business, transferring learnings as required
Act as mentor and coach to junior decision support analysts
Qualifications, experience & Skills Required Qualifications
Essential: Post-graduate degree level with very strong academic record, cognitive and analytical ability
Additional: MBA qualification preferred
Exposure to multinationals’ ways-of-working
Experience
Minimum 5 years management consulting experience, with emphasis on strategy and analysis and design work OR
Minimum 8+ years cross-functional experience in an FMCG environment
A strong track record in strategy decision analysis & support is important. Previous experience of change management, complex stakeholder management is key
Significant analytical methodology design and execution experience
Previous experience in communicating effectively with senior managers and stakeholders across the business

External Services Manager
Purpose of Role Lead, develop, coach and support a sales & merchandising teams, to execute commercial activities and sell a portfolio of brands via a complex Route to market, to achieve performance through effective customer management and cross functional ways of working.
Influence business strategies and plans to leverage the Division’s unique dynamics.

Actively contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making process.
Lead the commercial strategy for the region, leading the direct sales team, the third party sales and merchandising support team and relevant cross-functional teams.
Manage the operations of all 3rd Party suppliers
Briefing and negotiation with 3rd Party suppliers on future initiatives and new projects
Develop Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)with 3rd party suppliers and management contracts according to the legal, corporate relations & commercial frameworks
Develop KPI to measure performance of 3rd Party suppliers in line with bh strategic imperatives
Manage and control budget process with Commercial Director and Finance
Track and manage Commercial projects and conduct monthly and quarterly reviews
Manage the performance of all 3rd Party supplier organisations against Service Level Agreements and KPI scores
Provide regular reports and feedback to both internal and external stakeholders i.e. Customer Marketing, Commercial, Marketing, Demand Planning , Strategy,Finanace & External 3rd Party
Provide quality M&E on contract performance on a quarterly and yearly basis(Nielsen, sap, BW,other)
Quaterly reviews with Senior Management inl Exec on 3rd party performance

External Services Manager
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Purpose of Role:
Talent Acquisition Specialist
- To build external talent pipeline and develop candidate shortlists through cost effective channels, to address current and future talent needs for Diageo in the region, maintaining a global mindset.
- Stakeholder Management – build strong relationships with HRD, HR Business Partners, Talent Managers and Hiring Managers to drive clarity on Talent Acquisition priorities and to deliver effectively on these priorities
- Talent Pools – through effective use of appropriate sourcing channels, build external talent pipelines for current and future vacancies/talent gaps (social networks, talent mapping, on-line recruitment depending on in-market recruitment practices)
- Pre-screening – pre-screen external talent to build ‘long list’ of candidates for interview, using the Diageo Leadership Standard as a benchmark
- Team Cooperation – work effectively with the rest of the remote Talent Acquisition team to deliver high calibre long-lists of candidates to the business for specific roles, to ensure the best talent being appointed into roles at Diageo in the shortest possible time (Time to hire targets)
- 3rd Party Management – Set up effective relationships with and work with recruitment agencies in the region – key partners in attracting and hiring best talent into Diageo (for no more than approx. 10% of roles)
- Experience in a leading search firm and/or in-house talent research function is critical
- Strong knowledge of best practice proactive resourcing methodology

- Able to proactively source candidates from a variety of channels

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Legal Secretary/Paralegal (5 Months)
Purpose of Role To manage the day to day administration and provide the necessary support to the Legal & Security and CR Directors & their Teams.
Top Accountabilities
Manages the diaries of Legal & Security and CR Directors.
Screen telephone calls and emails, answer routine queries and/or refer to alternate.
Organise and arrange travel itineraries for the Legal & Security and CR Directors including: flights, vehicles, accommodation, visa administration (including foreign visitors to business).
Manages the itinerary of guests visiting the Legal & Security and CR Directors.
Assisting with preparation of documents, including typing, preparing engrossments.
Responsibility for managing various contract databases, extracting required data from eContracts Managemnet Tool, the retrieval and the filing of original contracts.
Provide full financial administration support e.g. raising purchase orders on SAP, expense claims, monthly budget reconciliation reports for the Directors and assisting Teams as requested by the Director, etc.
Deals with business and personal information of a highly confidential nature.
Coordination and administration of the Legal & Security and CR Team’s meetings, conferences, workshops etc (internal and external).
Support the Legal & Security and CR Team with team meetings and training sessions including: agenda, slides, invitations, logistics, event management, updating member list, admin support.
Manage daily administration e.g. filing, report generation etc.
Manage Liquor Licencing Portfolio
Assist with corporate governance of the BH, DHN, DSA and associated companies from time to time
