JOB TITLE : Finance Manager

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Under the general supervision of Managing Director the incumbent is to ensure fi nancial and procurement
regulations and policies compliance and adherence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct annual budgeting and planning process for the Corporation’s annual budget with MD
• Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of Corporation’ s fi nancial performance
against budget, fi nancial and operational goals
• Oversee short and long term fi nancial and managerial reporting
• Managing day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using Quick Books, producing
reports as requested
• Reconciling monthly activity, generating year-ends reports and fulfi lling tax related requirements
• Assisting MD and Board in creating annual Corporation’s budget and monitoring cash fl ow
• Managing grantor contracts and reimbursement requests
• Administering payroll and employee benefi ts and Corporation’s insurance
• Ensure that accounting Department requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to
internal and external parties
• Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long- range fi nancial plans
• Develop, maintain and monitor all fundraising and accounting systems and procedures, capturing all
billings and receipts and for the recording of all revenue transactions and improvements to systems
• Prepare annual audit and be a liaison with all outside vendor.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Registered Accountant or B. Comm plus licensed accountant with at least three years working
experience in managerial position
