BARTENDER
Maseru Golf Club invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for one (1) position of BARTENDER reporting to the Club Manager.
Key Responsibilities;
- Plan, organize, and control the operations of a bar.
- Be responsible for cleanliness of the bar (Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment and tables), change rooms and work areas.
- Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
- Order or requisition liquors and supplies.
- Plan resources and deliver cost-effective and efficient support services to the members of the club
- Provide weekly and monthly production of the stock report regarding the club bar’s stock.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Oversee that all drinks are paid and no overdue debts.

Qualifications and Experience:
Must have at least COSC/ any tertiary qualification with minimum 6 months relevant experience.
