Reporting to the Executive Director, the incumbent’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating activities and communication between the Executive Director and partners.
• Coordinating logistics for trainings, travels, meetings and overseeing all executive international visits to and from Lesotho.
• Ensuring the availability of the Executive Director’s office supplies.
• Preparing necessary documents for meetings, presentations and trainings.
• Maintaining the diary of the Executive Director, arranging appointments and organizing meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
Abilities and Experience:
• Ability to produce professional outputs from Microsoft Office, more particularly MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Adaptability and flexibility to, concurrently manage a range of different tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to interact professionally within culturally diverse settings.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Two years’ experience in office administration.
