Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to the following positions at Caritas Lesotho to facilitate implementation of the DREAMS Project at the community level. The primary responsibility of these positions is to lead the implementation of the Savings and Internal Lending Communities (SILC) and Parenting activities at the fi eld level. The field supervisors are responsible for compilation of fi eld reports for submission to the SILC and Parenting Technical Officers. Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma in social sciences, business studies or related field
• Prior experience working in micro-finance interventions will be an added advantage

Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma in social work or related field.
• Knowledge and/or experience with child development, local referral systems and child protection issues.
• Diploma in social work or related field.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Sesotho).
