JOB SUMMARY:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• B Comm. Accounting or Registered Accountant with four (4) years of working experience.
• B Comm. Accounting or Registered Accountant with four (4) years of working experience.
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Interpersonal skills.
• Written and spoken fluency in English and Sesotho.
• Knowledge of Ms Office Applications (especially word & excel), internet browsers and electronic Accounting or Financial Management systems.
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals and financial reports,
professional journals or governmental regulations.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, client, customer, Donor agencies, Banks, Government, the general public and the Board of Directors.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probabilities and statistical inference.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
