HEAD OF BUSINESS & COMMERCIAL
First National Bank of Lesotho Limited (FNBL) a highly recognised financial services provider in Lesotho seeks to employ a proactive, innovative, self driven and highly motivated Mosotho to occupy the position of Head of Business & Commercial. This position is based in Maseru.
JOB PURPOSE
Direct and effectively manage the Business and Commercial Unit resources to grow relationships in business and large corporate credit portfolio of customers in FNB Lesotho whilst ensuring that the risk associated with this business is minimised.
Key Responsibilities;
·Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent shall be responsible for the following;
·To optimise profitability and efficiency by effectively controlling facilities and applying sound judgement.
·Build up customer confidence by good service and intelligent anticipation and identification of their financial needs
·Identify the decision makers within the commercial market and cultivate and develop their goodwill towards the Bank
·Maintain regular and effective contact with clients within the portfolio
·Develop in depth knowledge of business client’s activities
·Management and development of a team of high-performing analysts.
·Identify opportunities in the marketplace and bring appropriate products to the attention of clients that will meet their needs
·Development of a marketing strategy for commercial clients

·Sales Leadership
·Facility appraisal skills
·Business/Financial/
·Managing Complex Business Relationships
·Sales Negotiation Skills
·Proactive and appropriate solutions to clientele
Qualifications and Knowledge Experience;
·A Postgraduate qualification in Business Management or equivalent
·Five (5) years Commercial Banking Experience.
