Pre-payment Clerk
In the
Finance Division

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The incumbent will be responsible to the Pre-Payment Supervisor. The position is in Maseru, LEC Headquarters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in Business Studies
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
• Preferably 1 year relevant experience.
• Computer literacy is a critical requirement of the position.
Personal attributes:
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
• Methodical and disciplined approach to work.
• Customer Care Orientated.
• Good reporting skills
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The incumbent will be responsible for performing the following:
• Captures customers information into the Suprima system.
• Act as back office support for all prepaid system queries.
• Issues staff units within the set parameters.
• Processes refunds and maintains refunds record.
• Supports other operators e.g. Cashiers, Districts clerks and Metering department concerning the registration of meters.
• Attends to general Suprima vending queries.
• Issues maintenance tokens to facilitate temper resets, clear credit codes etc.
• Prepares and compiles daily reports.
