JOB TITLE: KD Capability Development Lead

JOB LOCATION: La Lucia Ridge, Durban

DEPARTMENT: Customer Development

RELOCATION TERMS: Open to SA citizens only.

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

* Strategising and developing skills assessment system

* Responsible for team training.

* To identify the required skills to build the team to achieve organizational goals.* To analyze the effectiveness of trainers and training courses 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Strategising and developing skill assessment system

· Develop Training Needs Analysis Methodology 

· Prepare Training Demand Phasing

· Prepare Training Calendar Phasing

· Provide input to Individual Development Planning for CD Resource

· Propose capability building budget and ensure efficient utilisation

· Establish capability building policies, programs and schedules

· Be a supportive consultant to the leadership team for People Building

· Lead, motivate and guide the CD employees to optimise their effectiveness in achieving performance results

· Ensures the efficient use of resources in the development of training plans, learning and development plans to maintain alignment with CD team CIA.

· Lead and motivate Unilever Resource for continuous high performance

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

* Relevant Degree

* 2 -4 Years experience within an FMCG environment.

* Analytical skills

* Strong business acumen
