EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PARTERSON BAND CU)
PURPOSE: Assist the Chief Executive Officer and other Executives of the company to achieve their strategic objectives and make the best use of their time by managing their executive, secretarial and administrative tasks. The Executive Personal Assistant will act as the Executives’first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the company
MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organise and maintain electronic diaries of the company Executives and
screen, make and prioritise appointments
• Manage all travel/logistic arrangements for the company Executives and
guests
• Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and manage them as appropriate
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, suppliers and other staff
• Carry out background research on assigned projects and present findings to
the instructing company Executive
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, minutes, presentations and
general communication
• Organise and ensure the Executives are well prepared for meetings
• Manage the Maseru Corporate office and associated assets and costs
• Manage the administrative staff
• Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Any degree at tertiary level plus two years’work experience in a corporate
environment
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of
software packages
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work on your own initiative;
• Honesty and reliability;
• Attention to detail;
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work
extra hours to meet objectives;
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates will be required to undergo a Medical Examination of fitness as
per requirements.
