Projects Manager (Medium Projects)
To report to: Projects Manager(Enterprise Wide Projects)
Purpose of the job
To manage and deliver medium projects from commencement to completion within the scope, budget and time agreed. Projects will be mainly associated with regulatory change programmes in line with business strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum: Degree in Project Management or Business Management
Preferred: Honours degree in Project Management or Business Management
Experience
5-8 Years working experience in project environment of which 5 year in a Project Management Role.
Applicants are required to have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Branch Manager
To report to: Head of Retail and Distribution
Purpose of the Job
To manage and lead staff in a branch, to meet service and sales objectives whilst ensuring compliance to processes and procedures to prevent risk and ensuring alignment to the Financial and service objectives of the Bank.
Qualifications
Minimum: National Diploma/Diploma in Finance or Business Management or Commercial Studies
Preferred: Relevant Commercial Degree (i.e. B. Comm)
2 Years’ experience in a client facing retail sales environment and 2 years’ experience in people management
