FACTORY MANAGER WANTED IN LESOTHO

The Company is in search for an educated and well-spoken Mosotho man who is 40 years of age and above. Applicants are therefore invited for the above post.

JOB RESPONSIBITITIES

The applicant if successful will be responsible for the following duties:
• Manage the factory in general.
• Supervise the factory staff.
• Liaise with the office staff to manage production.
• Liaise with clients.
• Give a weekly report on production.

QUALIFICATIONS

The applicant must posses the following:
• 10 years work experience in a managerial position.
• Experience with working with factory equipment and machinery.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Computer literacy in word and excel.
• Minimum qualifications of C.O.S.C.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Physical and mental health.
• Work experience in production is an added advantage.
• The candidate must have strategic planning skills and the ability to stick to time frames.
• The candidate must be a hard-worker and willing to work irregular hours.
• The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and clear police record.
