JOB SUMMARY;
Under the general supervision of Assistant Supervisor, the Enumerator shall collect data in assigned enumeration area, cattle post and institutional population.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Identify assigned enumeration area boundaries.
•Identify all households within the assigned enumeration areas.
•Interview and capture information on all households designated in a particular Enumeration Area.
•Revisit household where information is incomplete.
•Synchronize captured data to Constituency Supervisor for verification.

Qualification and Experience
•Diploma in Social Sciences/Education/ Information Technology or other related fields. Exposure to field work will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions:
•The nature of the work will demand working during public holidays and weekends and beyond official working hours.
•The incumbents are liable to collect data in remote and discrete indigenous areas of the country.

JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of Constituency Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors shall supervise data collection, allocate assignments to the enumerators and monitor performance of enumerators by verifying all data collected. They are also to ensure that census procedures are correctly followed and that all the households are enumerated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Train the Enumerators on administration of the Census tools and conduct.
• Manage work schedules of Enumerators.
• Ensure that all Enumerators under his/her supervision have all necessary census materials at all times.
• Ensure that enumerators correctly identify enumeration area boundaries.
• Observe administration of data collection tool by enumerators.
• Review captured information for legibility, completeness and accuracy.
• Re-interview some of the households in order to ensure quality of enumerators’ work and also to identify errors as well as deliberate falsifi cation of information
by enumerators.
• Solve challenges brought about by non-responding households.
• Identify points of interest during supervision and make notes for reporting.
