PERSONAL ASSISTANT
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to assist the Chief Executive Officer to make the best use of time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks to ensure effective and efficient operation of the organisation.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• KPA 1: Provision of Secretarial Services to CEO’s office;
• KPA 2: Coordination of activities in CEO’s office (meeting and travel arrangements, maintenance of diaries);
• KPA 3: Provision of hospitality in the CEO’s office.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (Not applicable)
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Diploma in Social Sciences or Secretarial Studies from a recognized Institution;
• 5 years’ experience in a similar work.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, and Scanner & Camera Wizard.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Registration with a professional institution is an added advantage
