OFFICE ASSISTANT


Maseru Golf Club invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for one (1) position of OFFICE ASSISTANT reporting to the Club Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
-Reception and Telephone Services
-Cleanliness of building and surroundings
-File administration
-Messenger Services
-Invoicing of Subscriptions and other dues
-Records, bookeeping and accounts
-Procurement and office supplies and services.
Qualifications and Experience:
Must have at least COSC with minimum 6 months relevant experience.
Competencies:
-Attention to detail;
-Good business acumen;
-Communication and interpersonal skills;
-Ethical;
-Resilience and ability to work long hours;
-ability to work under minimal supervision;
-Problem solving skills;
-Computer literacy;
-Ability to work in a team, including provision of feedback to the Club Manager.
-Knowledge of Point of Sale and cash bar’s system would be an added advantage.
