Standard Lesotho Bank would like to extend the career opportunity to young and upcoming Graduates who are passionate about their career growth, to join the Information Technology and
Internal Audit Business units. The successful candidates will be given exposure within all sections that make up these Business units.


Graduates who are interested in this opportunity must meet the following minimum requirements:
Personal Attributes:
• Good numerical ability
• An eye for detail
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to multi-task and work in teams
• An analytical approach
• Good communication skills, both in written and verbal
• The ability to work in a pressurized environment and complete tasks
• Decisiveness and the ability to recommend solutions
• Excellent time management
• Ability to build internal and external relationships

Qualifications for IT Graduate Trainees:
• A Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Qualifications for Internal Audit Graduate Trainees:
• Degree in Internal Audit/General Accounting/Bcomm Accounting or equivalent.
