HOME LOANS CONSULTANT (VIP)

First National Bank of Lesotho Limited (FNBL), a highly recognised financial services provider in Lesotho, seeks to employ a proactive, innovative, self driven and highly motivated Mosotho to occupy the position of Home Loans Consultant (VIP). The position is based in Maseru but requires travelling in and outside the country.

JOB PURPOSE

To grow the FNBL Home loans book, champion and manage the customer experience and quality of sales and service the customers will receive.

Key responsibilities:

·Under direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the incumbent will carry out the following responsibilities;
·Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
·Manage the growth of Home loan customer Account Base to increase client base
·Maximise cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships by lead referrals to Collaboration partners
·Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales targets.
·Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
·Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
·Enter all Qualified leads into the sales pipeline and maintain on a daily basis
·Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase sales efficiencies
·Provide accurate and reliable sales statistics.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
·Business related Degree
·At least 2 years sales experience
·Thorough knowledge of FNB products

·Listens attentively, presents information in a clear manner and responds appropriately to the verbal and written communication of others; includes
·Negotiation and selling skills
Results oriented
·Ability to work under pressure
