Registry Clerk

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The incumbent will be responsible to the Registry Officer. The position is in Maseru, LEC Headquarters.
QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma in Records Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Drivers license is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy is essential
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Among other duties the incumbent will be responsible for performing the following:
• Receives and records stationary and refreshments in the System
• Issue Stationery requisition in the system
• Attends to minor faults of fax machines, telephone sets, photocopiers in Maseru and districts.
• Liaises with services suppliers of communication equipment.
• Registers all printed stationary numerically and keeps the register.
• Reconciles stationary and refreshments monthly.
• Makes follow up on outstanding orders of stationary and refreshments.
• Receives and registers incoming mail and distributes outgoing mail.
• Drives to deliver and collects mail from different Ministries
• Drives to deliver mail to members of the board.
• Binds books and reports from different departments.
• Drives to deliver planned and unplanned power outage to the affected premises and Radio Notices
• Update Internal telephone directory
• Update Registry Master Filing index
