Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The incumbent will be responsible to the Prepayment Supervisor. The position is in Maseru, LEC Headquarters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in Business Studies or relevant Commercial Diploma

• Preferably 2 years relevant experience.
• Computer literacy is a critical requirement of the position.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The incumbent will be responsible for performing the following:
• Captures customer information in the Suprima system.
• Issues staff units within the set parameters.
• Processes refunds and maintains refunds record.
• Attends customer queries and general vending queries.
• Supports other internal operators e.g. Cashiers, Districts offices and Metering department concerning the registration of meters.
• Trains and provides assistance to LEC external partners (REU).
• Issues maintenance tokens to facilitate temper resets, clear credit codes etc.
• Prepares & compiles reports.
