The NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the post of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Health and Pharmaceuticals Programme.
Under the supervision of the Head of Health Programme of the NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency or his/her delegate, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support the development, implementation and coordination of the African Medicines Regulatory Harmonization (AMRH) and Health Programmes monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment for NEPAD Agency.

Education and Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Monitoring and Evaluation or any related Social Sciences. Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of progressive professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, research or impact analysis in the health sector, or similar organisations multilateral institutions and international non-governmental or similar organisations nationally, regionally or internationally.

Remuneration:
Indicative basic salary of US$27,311.00 per annum plus other entitlements e.g. Post Adjustment (57% of basic salary), Housing allowance ($21,196.80 per annum), Gratuity (15% of gross salary) in conformity with the rules and procedures applicable to internationally recruited staff of the African Union.
