HR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Maluti Mountain Brewery is the biggest manufacturer of quality alcoholic beverages and soft drinks in Lesotho. The Company subscribes to world class quality standards in manufacturing and distribution of its products. An opportunity exists for a talented individual who wish to develop career in this exciting industry as HR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST.
KEY RESULT AREAS & OUTPUT
1. Provide reliable, accurate and timely administrative support for the rest of HR & wider business.
2. Manage and process HR transactions (e.g. pay changes) and Produce outputs (e.g. standard letters, changes in terms/conditions)
3. Serve as a single point of contact for HR queries and requests and ensure the resolution of all HR queries.
4. Liaise with HR Business Partners and Specialists to achieve resolution of customers’ queries and requests.
5. Be governed by service level agreements that meet the needs of the departments
6. Coordinate, review, negotiate and manage vendor relationships with third parties providing services across the HR function.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Track record of building excellent relationships and credibility with senior business leaders.
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually, and solve business processes.
• Personal and career maturity to comfortably provide a superior customer service level.
• Strong communication, engagement and interpersonal skills- deliver impactful messages and influence outcomes.
• Experience in aligning critical elements of structure, process and routines to implement and anchor changes.
• Sound familiarity with good HR reporting criteria and their management i.e. timelines and how to translate HR data information for line decision making- ranging from weekly, monthly, quarterly to annual reporting.
• Experience in HR transactions activity business roles or line management would be advantageous, assisting the incumbent in shaping a commercial mind-set within HR.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Applicants must have a relevant HR or business related degree with at least 3 years’ experience.
