SALES REP- CARBONATED SOFT DRINKS

Maluti Mountain Brewery is the biggest manufacturer of quality alcoholic beverages and soft drinks in Lesotho. The Company subscribes to world class quality standards in manufacturing and distribution of its products. An opportunity exists for a talented individual who wish to develop career in this exciting industry as SALES REP- CARBONATED SOFT DRINKS.

Key Result Areas & Outputs
1. Plan for Sales Execution
• Conduct in store execution audit to determine outlet needs.
• Analyse brand/pack performance against consumer profile & need.
• Update customer information
• Determine outlet business objectives
• Develop outlet plan to achieve sales targets
• Develop outlet plan to counter-act competitor threats
• Develop call and route schedule to meet market requirements
2. Execute Sales Plans
• Meet set sales targets
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure point of sale materials and signage are available at all outlets
• Conduct promotions as per set guidlines
• Ensure that promotions are executed in accordance with outlet reach and customer needs in segment
• Conduct outlet calls
• Ensure that outlets practice FIFO stock rotation system
3. Resourcing for Sales Execution
• Promote company image with customers and consumers by addressing issues promptly and in line with company policy
• Keep up-to-date on concepts and market trends
• Complete all reports and submit timeously.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Applicants must posses, at minimum, a Diploma in Sales and Marketing. A degree in the related field will be an added advantage.
