The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has a vacancy based in Vienna, Austria, for a Clerk/Typist in its Petroleum Studies Department.
Main Responsibilities:

- Provides data from the Reuters and the Information Center for the Monthly Oil Market Report as well as for the preparation of reports and presentations to the Economic Commission Board, the Board of Governors, the Ministerial Monitoring Sub Committee, and to workshops and other meetings.
- Performs general office and secretarial duties and other tasks as required, including handling of certain administrative matters e.g., for VAT, visas, and sending out of the Monthly Oil Market Report.
- Provides steady flow of information and data from Reuters to the Department.
Requirements:
- Secondary School certificate
- Two years of work experience
Skills and Knowledge:
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Initiative and integrity
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- MS Word and typing
Offer:
Commensurate remuneration package i.e. monthly basic salary of (€2,422 x 12 per year) with tax-free benefits and six-week annual leave.
