Project Scheduler
Lesotho Highlands Water Project – Phase II Project Management Unit (PMU) requires a qualified Civil Engineer specializing in Project Scheduling (Programming) and Project Controls.
Job Details:
• Generate, maintain and analyze the Project Master Schedule using Primavera P6 Scheduling software
• Review and analyze contract package schedules for each consultant and contractor, integrating each into the Master Schedule
• Review and report on progress using resourced schedules provided by consultants and contractors
• Actively manage and implement reporting requirements on all contracts
• Provide pro-active support to PMU project managers to manage budget, schedule, variations and claims, and reporting requirements on all contracts
• Preparation of monthly progress reports and assist with project/contract administration
• Actively manage Project Controls using Primavera Unifier Project Management Information System
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited engineering university
• Chartered/Professional Registration from an internationally recognized institution
• 10 years of experience in procurement, construction supervision, contract administration
• Experience on projects implemented under FIDIC Conditions of Contract
• Excellent oral/written communications skills in English
• Ability to excel under demanding deadlines and timetables.
• Highly computer literate with mastery of MS Project 2010 and working knowledge of Primavera P6
