DHL is a leading player in the logistics services industry and has the following Vacancy for Duration of three Months ONLY
Retail Representative 
The job: Under the guidance of the Station Manager, the Retail Rep will be responsible for:

Define and execute Retail Strategy in Lesotho.
Identify, Manage and further develop the retail partnerships across Lesotho.
Support the DHL Loyalty Scheme through the promotion of the DHL Loyalty Cards to regular cash
Shippers to stimulate increased volumes.
Educate potential partners about DHL products and services in order to sign up new partners.
Exploit all opportunities arising from DHL promotions to boost volumes and attract new customers.
Conduct regular visits to all service points and retail partners, growing and improving the relationship
As well as auditing branding, customer service etc
Ensure conformance to DHL policies and Procedures as well Essential Requirements:
Valid Driver’s Licence
Own Transport required
Excellent customer service skills
Intermediate PC Literacy: MS Excel
Willingness to work on a beyond normal working hours, including weekends

Strong oral and written communication, in both Sesotho and English
Numeracy skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to be an outstanding team player
Self-motivated and able to organise work effectively
Ability to maintain accurate records
Understand and keep up-to-date with changes as they occur, in order to advise customers on import and export restrictions, tariff systems, and all other customs related and industry matters

Qualifications:
Minimum: diploma or equivalent in business/commercial or relevant tertiary qualifications
Knowledge of Logistics industry will be an added advantage.
