Lesotho Highlands Water Project – Phase 2 - Project Management Unit requires the services of a highly motivated mature individual with experience on substantial infrastructure projects to manage the overall day-to-day administration of the project office in Maseru and coordination of multiple administrative and support tasks for executive management team such as: documentation management, procurement, payroll and project accounting, communications, security, office automation, asset management, HR, vehicle fleet management.
Also provide secretarial assistance to the Executive Manager and be responsible for all arrangements for visiting consultants and specialists, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for directors both regional and international, and coordination with the firm’s global headquarters and leading a team of administrative support staff.
Requirements:
· Business Administration/Senior Secretarial training at recognized tertiary institution
· Experienced as Office Manager on large heavy civil engineering project/s
· Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational skills
· Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience with a leading international firm
· Working knowledge of document management systems and electronic archiving
· Preference given to candidates with international work experience
· Ability to work independently and unsupervised
· Willing to work flexible hours
· Valid driver’s license for at least 10 years
· Advanced Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point 2010, Adobe Professional, Quickbooks
