Award winning Sport for Development NGO, Kick4Life (K4L) is seeking talented people.
Since 2007, Kick4Life has worked with more than 100,000 children and young people in Lesotho through a wide range of social development activities. From our initial focus exclusively on health education and HIV testing, we have developed an intensive and holistic model which supports participants in all areas of well-being, helping them work towards long-term sustainable livelihoods.
This has led to the development of a number of Social Enterprises, income generating projects which both support the financial sustainability of Kick4Life, as well as providing opportunities for young people to gain experience and employment. This includes our Restaurant No7, our social enterprise football team and our new hotel and conferencing centre. Through this approach, we are directly contributing to the social and economic development of Lesotho and we are preparing participants for a future where they can contribute to the development of their own communities.

The Kick4Life Centre has been integral to this progress, providing a high-quality and aspirational location and environment in the heart of Maseru. The centre is also home to our newly promoted premier league football team – which is helping to raise awareness of our work across the country. We are a partner-driven organization. Our whole model revolves around working with specialist agencies to ensure the young people we work with can access the best and most suitable support. We are also committed to supporting the wider Sport for Development movement.
We are seeking four exceptional people, with exceptional skills and expertise to join our team:
