The are looking for a Group Marketing Manager to be based at their Head Office in Johannesburg in the Natural Resource Division.
Job Description - The purpose of this role is to support the Natural Resources Team to drive the revenue growth, bid conversion and too raise the company's profile in the market in support of this goal.

Key Accountabilities
- Reporting to the Global NR Managing Director, and working closely with the regional marketing managers , this purpose of this new role is to :
- Increase Brand awareness
- Notification of all new wins in appropriate media
- Ensure and organise articles are written, presentations made, seminars attended and client specific events are organised
- Organising of sponsorship
- Update collateral in line with brand standards by industry sector, country and/or office, type of work, issues, capability
- Launch Natural Resources Internally and Externally
Candidate Requirements -
- Broad background with 8-10 years experience in professional services Business Development and Marketing
- Extensive Account and Bid Management experience
- Marketing communications experience, particularly driving through leadership campaigns
- Results driven with demonstrable credibility and ability to influence at senior levels
- Interpersonal skills to manage delivery through others, including consultants of all levels, BD colleagues and external suppliers
- Project Management skills and the ability to manage conflicting timescales, deadlines and priorities
- Commitment to internal client service
- Persistence with a consistently positive attitude and can do approach as well as being able to work well on own initiative and also as part of a wider team
