SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

The Legal Voice Ltd is an expanding Legal Expenses Insurance Company with its Head office situated in Maseru. In pursuit of our growth strategy to be the dominant player in our industry, we are looking for an outstanding Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for our Sales and Marketing Department and be part of our management team.
A successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team situated in seven regions and for attending to recruiting, training, development; motivation and mentoring of new and existing sales team with a view to fostering a high-performance environment. Will set goals for increasing sales revenue and for meeting corporate objectives. Will identify new business opportunities for the company and craft a strategy to effectively engage the identified opportunities. Will set the strategic direction and take responsibility for the full range of the company’s sales and marketing activities aimed at enhancing the company’s brand visibility throughout Lesotho
We need a leader with proven management track record in direct sales, sales team recruitment and training; result oriented sales and marketing strategy formulation ability for a growing company.
If you are the person we are looking for you will have the following:
· Possess a Degree or High Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
· Be a self- starter and a go-getter, independent thinker, innovative, high performance team leader with integrity.
· Possess proven superior sales, leadership, negotiating, interpersonal, communication, reporting and presentation skills.
· Be able to develop and implement marketing, direct sales and business development plans to achieve or exceed agreed levels of profitable sales revenue
· Possess a driver’s license.
