Service Centre Supervisor

Finance Division

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The incumbent will be responsible to the Customer Services Manager. The position is in Maseru, LEC Head office.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or any relevant Commercial Diploma.
• Knowledge of ACCPAC
EXPIERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Disciplined approach to work.
• Sound interpersonal relations, people skills.
• Honest, polite and customer care oriented.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Amongst other things, the incumbent will be responsible for performing the following:
• Allocates daily cash float to cashiers.
• Daily counting and balancing of cash.
• Ensure safekeeping of cash.
• Consolidation of cashier balancing sheet.
• Reconciliation of cash against system reports.
• Preparation of cash for banking in liaison with security personnel.
• Liaise with the bank concerning cash deposits and stamped deposit slips returns.
• Maintain petty cash.
• Investigate and authorize reversals of wrong entries.
• Communicate reversals to relevant departments for action.
• Attend and resolve all queries and complaints within the set regulatory.
• Monitor daily operations of front desk clerks and cashiers.
• Ensure team adherence to LEC Customer Service Standards.
• Issuing of token such as temper resets, clear credit and key change.
• Manage service centre personnel.
• Update and continuously advice staff about operational changes.
• Facilitate training and development for customer services staff.
• Ensure all customer service staff are requipped with all relevant stationary and tools needed to execute daily duties.
• Exporting of information into ACCPAC.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
