Automation Admin Coordinator
The role
- Monitor overall performance of the Automation and Trans4mine Africa Department
- Produce monthly reports for presentations
- Do all job management including: opening job, quoting, ordering, closing job, invoicing, follow up on WIP, dealing with recoveries, dealing with authorization levels, DT transfers
- General ledger journal processing
- Accounting entries,Quarterly forecast
- Yearly budget
- Weekly/Monthly financial reviews & reports
- Generate & submit report to client(s)
- Generate monthly report
- Analyse margins
- Invoicing of all jobs
- Responsible for Debtors
- Coordinate travel arrangements, requisitions and bookings
- PPE stock management, issuing, auditing and ordering.
Your profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in MS Office software – Excel, PowerPoint, Projects & Word
- Job management including financial aspects
- Passed experience in accountancy, job costing & management, administration would be an added advantage.
- Aurora experience
- Technical/mining experience would be extremely beneficial
- Public Relations
- Expense forecasting
- Project job costing
- Technical proficiency
