Sales Support Specialist
The role
Provide process and systems support to the CSC team to ensure knowledge and skills are at the expected levels in order to support the increase of eBusiness order lines and improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key performance areas
- Provides process and system support to CSC team for applications including Aurora, eBusiness, Salesforce, etc.
- Liaises with IT and Systems experts to coordinate training, systems updates or implementation of new systems
- Identifies and reports on process and systems improvement opportunities and proposes continuous improvement activities for CSC operations.
- Facilitates training process for all systems training for CSSRs and MERTs as and when necessary
- Executes daily, weekly and monthly reports and analyses information on request to support the CSC management team improvements to sales efficiency and hit rates
Your profile
- Matric Certificate or equivalent
- National Diploma in Office Administration
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Training in ERP system
- Systems/Applications training (Aurora)
- Train the Trainer training
- 1 year experience in major ERP systems
