QUALIFICATIONS
Chartered Accountant
MBA in Finance Management will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, 5 of which should be in a Senior Management position, with a proven track record of success.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The incumbent will be responsible for performing the following:
Plans and manages all financial aspects of LEC’s operations.
Monitors timely and accurate financial reporting, accounts preparation and accounts audit.
Maintains effective cost control measures and accurate and up to date financial database.
Implements and maintains effective use of financial management systems.
Monitors compliance with accepted accounting standards, approved financial policies and procedures.
Develops inputs in to the corporate strategy and annual business plan.
Undertakes Divisional Strategic planning and monitor implementation.
Develops policies for the division and ensures compliance.
Produces divisional reports to the Managing Director.
Presents progress reports on annual operation plans.
Approves all capacity building and training management strategies of the division.
Approves divisional budget in accordance with business plan.
