Head of EA & IT Governance *1 – Ref: HEA&ITG
Purpose:
Head of EA & IT Governance is responsible for leading and overseeing activities of the Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance Division.
Areas of Responsibility include:
Management of Enterprise Architecture Planning function.
Management of IT Governance function.
IT innovation process leadership.
Candidate will be responsible for:
Formulation and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks and leadership of enterprise architecture planning initiatives.
Development of Enterprise Architecture artifacts and maintenance of repository.
Formulation and implementation of IT Governance frameworks & provision of guidance on IT Governance.
Formulation of business process management frameworks & guidance on business process management.
Maintenance of the ICT Strategy and strategic plan including the long term program.
Supervision, mentorship & guidance of division staff.
Overall administration of the EA & ITG division.

A Master’s degree in any following: Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent qualification in IT.
Enterprise Architecture Certification or Training in SOA/TOGAF/DODAF/MODAF/Zachman/FEAF and
Training and familiarity with ITIL and/or COBIT frameworks, certifications as added advantage.
A minimum experience of seven years in ICT field, three (3) years in Enterprise Architecture and or IT Governance and a minimum of three (3) years at a managerial position.
