Manager: M-Pesa
Vodacom Lesotho is seeking Manager: M-pesa within M-pesa Department. The Manager: M-pesa    is responsible for analysing prioritising and delivering against M-pesa business growth opportunities and manage the daily operations of the department. 

Key deliverables:
· Develop and implement segment specific agent and customer value propositions to align with customer acquisition and retention strategy.
·  Develop and execute new services Go-To-Market strategy
· To manage and coordinate daily operations of the department in collaboration with relevant support business units to ensure flawless customer/agent experience.
· Develop business processes and policies and ensure that all business units comply with all m-pesa business processes and commercial terms

The successful candidate will be a People’s person, Customer oriented, self-starter who pays attention to details, is highly ethical and an excellent team player and poses the following qualities: 
           · Numeracy skills and great attention to details 
           · In-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing management and advertising principles
           · Self-motivate
           · Ability to work independently and collaboratively resolve issues without close supervision
           · High level of integrity and reliability

      Qualifications and Experience
· B. Comm Business Management or B.Comm Marketing
· Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage
       · At least 3 years’ experience in the telecommunication environment or related industry will be an added advantage.

Specialist: M-Pesa

Vodacom Lesotho is seeking Specialist: M-pesa Marketing within Marketing Department. The Specialist: M-pesa Marketing   is responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring end to end go-to-market (GTM) plans for all m-pesa campaigns, activations, and coordinate all m-pesa corporate events working in close partnership with the m-pesa business unit and service points to drive awareness, excitement, and usage that delivers on business targets and marketing objectives. Successful candidate will also be expected to maintain the m-pesa brand and corporate identity as well as positioning the brand to drive consumer demand as part of the brand’s long-term strategy.
Key deliverables:
·  Compile comprehensive GTM plans for new and existing products to support business objectives and drive revenue.
·  Develop, coordinate, and support placement of content for electronic media, including TV, radio, multimedia, and new media platforms for new and existing m-pesa products and launches.
· Conceptualise and design creatives for all m-pesa campaigns.
· Project manage the creative, layout and content of below-the-line and above-the-line campaign and advertising material.
           · Plan and oversee rollout of m-pesa campaigns and product launches in the market, across the network in stores and the        retail environment in consultation with M-pesa, Sales & Distribution and Customer Operations business units.
    The successful candidate will be a People’s person, Customer oriented, self-starter who pays attention to details, is highly ethical and an excellent team player and poses the following qualities:
          · Ability to analyse figures
          · In-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing management and advertising principles
          · Self-motivated
          · Ability to work independently and collaboratively resolve issues without close supervision
          · Highly ethical
      Qualifications and Experience:
          · A Degree or advanced technical qualification (B.Tech) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
           · At least 4-5 years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications for services, with experience of telecoms and financial               services industries being a distinct advantage.
