LESOTHO NETWORK OF AIDS SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS (LENASO) is a nationally recognized network of Community Based Organizations and support groups implementing HIV and AIDS services in the community. The network was established in 1991 and legally registered in February 1994 (Registration number 94/53). LENASO is funded by PEPFAR through Elizabeth Glazer Paediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) to implement PUSH and STAR-L projects in the 5 priority districts (i.e. Leribe, Berea, Maseru, Mafeteng and Mohale’s Hoek).
LENASO invites applications from suitably qualified energetic, dynamic candidates for the following positions:

 Linkage Coordinators (120)
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the MOH personnel, MOLGC, CBOs and other NGOs in the district to ensure the achievement of the PUSH and STAR-L Projects mandate and to ensure that these are implemented within the framework of the Gateway Approach.
Enhance clinical cascade linkages
Intra and Inter facility linkages and
Community linkage
The incumbent will be health facility based with regular travel to the community.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
Certificate in health related course, HIV/
AIDS & TB or a certificate in related field plus two years’ experience working with community for Non-Governmental Organizations

Finance Officer
Will be responsible for management of the financial and control for day to day operations and transactions of LENASO. He/She is responsible for the development, design and improvement of financial and control systems within the organization and to ensure compliance with USAID rules and regulations including those of DONORS while in line with LENASO policies.
Reports to: Under general supervision and support of The Finance Manager, the Finance Officer will be responsible to perform a wide variety of finance, accounting and administrative duties as outlined below:

Human Resource Assistant
Lesotho Network of Aids Service Organizations (LENASO) is looking for an HR assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. The role is to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.

Our ideal candidate holds an academic HR background and has previous work experience with Human Resources Management. Familiarity with our industry is also an advantage. For this role, candidate should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job adverts, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates. Following our training sessions, he/she will also be able to assist HR managers in the life cycle recruitment (e.g. on boarding process for new hires and candidate sourcing.)
