Position: Financial Accountant
Level: Reporting to International Finance Manager
Key Performance Areas:
1. Finance and Administration:
1.1 Prepare and produce quarterly and annual financial reports and
submit to Program Manager
1.2 Prepare the annual organizational budget and ensure compliance
to the annual report and submit to program Manager
1.3 Produce monthly, quarterly and annual budget variance reports
and submit to program Manager.
1.4 Produce monthly bank, cash, debtors and creditors reconciliation
reports and submit to program manager.
1.5 Process timely payments of fees, overheads and suppliers
1.6 Maintenance of the asset register
1.7 Assist in the procurement items necessary for the implementation
of major company activities.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• At least Two years’ Experience as a Financial Accountant • Valid Driver’s license
