Receptionist - Tholo Mining`
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Administration Manager the Receptionist will be responsible for providing secretarial,
office and administrative support in order to ensure that the company services are provided in an
effective and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the
Organization;
2. Maintain the current and accurate filing system and file all correspondence;
3. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls;
4. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies;
5. Monitor the use of supplies and equipment;
6. Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment;
7. Schedule customer bookings and guide accordingly;
8. Greet the customers courteously and cater for their special requests, needs and complaints.
9. Assists visitors and customers with general questions such as who to contact, office hours, releasing
basic account/status information, and responds to routine questions regarding the office/program/
department which they are in.
10. Organizes and prioritizes front desk tasks such as managing and monitoring electronic calendars for
conference rooms, personal appointments, meetings, and events.
11. Makes reservations such as travel arrangements or lunch reservations as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience required:
• Diploma in Business Management with three to four years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
