Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned
position. The position is in Maseru, LEC Headquarters. The incumbent will be responsible to the
Managing Director.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
• 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy is highly essential.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Among others, the incumbent will be responsible for performing the following tasks in the
Managing Directors Office:
• Makes logistical arrangements for Board meetings.
• Organises business meetings and appointments.
• Screens all incoming calls, enquiries and requests.
• Handles travel arrangements.
• Attends to all issues, enquiries, requests and forwards them to the relevant departments and
records all queries that need follow up.
• Provides inputs into MD’S budget and monitors its expenditure.
• Keeps accurate records and files at all times.
• Sorts and distributes mail accordingly.
• Compiles monthly report.
