in Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland providing management development through Training,
Research and Consultancy. IDM now wishes to appoint highly motivated individual to fill
the following position:
ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - RECORDS
The key Performance Areas and Responsibilities are:
• General Management of records management Unit
• Mail Management
• Filing and retrieval of records
• Retention and disposition of records
• Preservation and security of records
• Photocopying and binding
The position calls for an individual with the following qualifications and experience:
• University Degree in Records and Archives Management plus two (2) years
experience in Records/Registry management field
OR
• Diploma in Records and Archives Management plus Five (5) year experience in
Records/Registry management field

• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Appearance
• Pro-active and innovative
• Creative
• Assertive
• Customer Service
