We are now seeking an International Development Director to set and lead the strategy for new business growth whilst also leading and managing the continuing development of existing International Offices. You will ensure that the in-country teams are fully capable and competent to deliver programmes and projects, and that the professional development of the country office teams continues to evolve in line with our strategy.
The successful candidate must have substantial experience and an established reputation for working across and within country boundaries as a country leader. Experience of working with senior government officials and staff of international aid agencies or experience of working at senior government level and with international aid agencies is essential. Excellent academic qualifications in economics or the social sciences are required. This role will involve frequent international travel.
