We are now seeking a Manager of the Public Management Portfolio to join our team. This role provides strong externally facing technical skills and leadership to OPM clients and stakeholders in order to build relationships, lead discussions and influence policy reform. The role also plays a key internal people and team leadership role in ensuring that the work and impact of the Public Management team makes a measureable difference to OPM and its stakeholders.
Applicants must be able to develop a portfolio strategy, and demonstrate clear role model leadership behaviour. You will bring success in leading public sector reform and experience of working with and influencing senior government officials and staff of international aid agencies.
