Project Coordinator x2
The role
Coordinate and assist Project Manager to successfully execute Projects for Sandvik. Projects will primarily consist of first time roll out of Sandvik Assets to New and established mines. Trials of new Sandvik Assets are also managed as a project by this Project Coordinator.This service is rendered to Sandvik clients (internal and external) on and off mine site according to Sandvik specifications and requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing project specialist
- Daily feedback to Project Manager on Project that he/she was assigned on
- Following up on SSR, strategic stock requirements.
- Stock availability checks. Feedback to Project Manager when SSR need to be revised.
- Attend site meetings when Project manager can't attend.
- Project close-out documentation
- Coordinate project
- Attend to daily local content fitment.
- Follow-up on sign-off documentation.
- Attend to Project planning meetings
- Ensure that Project Change management is followed.
- Ensure that Manuals are updated after change management with PSM.
- Open Project jobs after consultation and allocation by Project manager
- Time sheet submissions
- Managing costs and recoveries
- Sign-off on Monthly job numbers from BD
- Weekly feedback reports to Project Manager
Your profile
- Grade 12 or higher
- English Proficiency
- An appropriate technical qualification will be an advantage
- Valid drivers license
- Certificate in Project Management will be an advantage
- Certificate in Business management will be an advantage
