Specialist: M-Pesa
Vodacom Lesotho is seeking Specialist: M-pesa Marketing within Marketing Department. The Specialist: M-pesa Marketing is responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring end to end go-to-market (GTM) plans for all m-pesa campaigns, activations, and coordinate all m-pesa corporate events working in close partnership with the m-pesa business unit and service points to drive awareness, excitement, and usage that delivers on business targets and marketing objectives. Successful candidate will also be expected to maintain the m-pesa brand and corporate identity as well as positioning the brand to drive consumer demand as part of the brand’s long-term strategy.
Key deliverables:
· Compile comprehensive GTM plans for new and existing products to support business objectives and drive revenue.
· Develop, coordinate, and support placement of content for electronic media, including TV, radio, multimedia, and new media platforms for new and existing m-pesa products and launches.

Chief of Party - South Africa, GCBS
Pact seeks a Chief of Party for a five-year, multi-million dollar USAID-funded contract focusing on strengthening the Department of Social Development’s (DSD) response in addressing the social and structural barriers that increase the vulnerability of OVC to HIV, STI and TB and address specific constraints hampering the health and social welfare system to achieve better outcomes for OVC and other vulnerable children. The COP provides overall leadership and management of the project and serves as the principal institutional liaison to USAID. The initial appointment will be for a period of two years, pending availability of donor funding.

Role Overview
The IT Officer will support the IT Manager to provide IT services needed to realise OSISA's vision. S/he will support the development and implementation of the IT strategy and policies within OSISA and its country offices. RESPONSIBILITIES
User Support Operations
· Provide technical guidance, support and training to OSISA staff
· Implement desktop security strategy and user security awareness training

· Develop Scope of Work and manage outside consultant to provide user support services for other OSISA country offices
Telecommunication Support Operations
· Responsible for desk phones, mobile phones and administration for all OSISA Regional Offices

· Responsible for supporting Polycom audio/video conference technical event setup, and new technology implementation

Network, Backend Server and CLOUD Support Operations
· Monitor local area network and backend server operation to develop performance baseline for future project planning and develop proactive support planning to improve service quality and reliability
· Monitor network and server security log and implement security strategy to protect from internal and external security breach and infection
· Maintain Security Firewall to ensure network perimeter security, enforce software application vulnerability protection and overall network, server, desktop and laptop security management
· Responsible for data backup and recovery, implement disaster recovery and business continuity plan to ensure data integrity and backup redundancy
· Administrate Microsoft Windows domain security and design, Grant Management System application server administration

Information Systems Management

Your contribution You will instill best practices in marketing across the countries where we work. Working in collaboration with Southern Africa's Regional and Country teams and PSI's Global Marketing Department, you will:
- Promote the appropriate and effective use of social and behavior change methodologies to build marketing programs and support countries on the execution of marketing strategies;
- Coordinate with marketing advisors on new multi-country projects and pilots, including pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), HIV self-testing and demand creation for male circumcision, and catalyze the diffusion of new and proven technologies and innovations for replication across the region;
- Support country-level marketing teams in the development of marketing strategies and annual activity plans related to both products and services, assuring alignment with PSI's Global Marketing strategy, donor commitments, and market conditions;
- Support marketing aspects of regional strategic initiatives including regional brand development and condom and family planning social enterprises;
- Support country programs to evolve social franchise models by improving overall business franchise management for sustained health impact;
- Contribute towards driving greater financial sustainability through supporting cost recovery initiatives in the region;
- Identify and support opportunities for regional efficiencies particularly related to product manufacturing, procurement, sales and distribution and consumer insight and marketing;
- Coordinate with other Global Services departments including Research, Evidence, HIV/TB and other health departments to assure appropriate technical support and alignment are embedded in program and proposal development, marketing strategy and execution at the country level;
