Job Description
  • Position the brand in a preferred position through Puma energy Global best practises
  • Position Puma Energy Lesotho as the leading oil company in the country through an effective Sales strategy
  • Retain, grow and develop market share leadership of the brand as a new entrant in country
  • Optimise the performance of all profit centres (Retail, B2B, Lubricants within Puma Lesotho) and meet the related budget (Sales, fixed cost, EBITDA, Net result)
  • Manage the value-chain (product sourcing, stewardship, sales etc.) and lead a business with a turnover of
  • Implement policies and differentiating strategies that ensure long-term sustainability of the Puma brand in the country whilst optimising value extraction
  • Manage external relationships with all stakeholders in a manner that generates and captures goodwill for the brand including the management of Government as a regulatory stakeholder
  • Assist Puma energy division in their quest to grow into Africa Downstream business.
  • Ensure that all retail sites to have valid contracts with landlords and dealers
  • Identify the licence to trade requirements and enforce compliance with all stake holders in Lesotho
  • Enforce HSSE compliance police to all departments
  • Manage all staff in Lesotho (15 headcount) including Sales and Operations department
  • Train, coach and mentor all direct reports (profit centre managers) to deliver on-time to the expectation of the Shareholder
