Situated in Carletonville South Africa, MTI Engineering (Pty) Ltd is seeking the services of suitably
qualified steel construction personnel for a limited duration to install a new
coarse final recovery Plant at Letseng Diamonds - Mokhotlong, Lesotho
• Boilermakers
• Coded Welders
• Boilermaker Assistants
• Semi Skilled Installers
Required Qualifications:
• N2 Technical Certificate
• Section 13 Boilermaker Trade Certificate/LH, CO² and Flux Core Coded Welder
• Competency Certificate for use of hand- and power tools (Including but not
limited to Drill, Grinder and Cutting Torch)
• Health and Safety Certificate of Competency
• Safe Lifting Orientation Certificate
• Valid medical certificate including recent chest x-rays, hearing and eye tests
• Clean criminal record
Required Experience:
• At least 10 years boilermaking experience in a steel construction environment
• Must possess a good understanding of ISOmetric drawings and project bar charts
• Working at heights and in confined spaces
• Necessary physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and long working hours
Scope of work including but not limited to:
• Interpretation of drawings
• Cutting, Grinding and Drilling
• Assembly
• Welding
Remuneration and benefits:
• Commensurate with qualifications and experience, in line with the Lesotho Labour
Code
