My client in the engineering industry is seeking to employ a Sales Solutions Specialist.

Responsibilities: Help potential customers understand, compare, and contrast the solutions that are available for buying Troubleshoot problems with their implementations—that is, to help ensure that the solutions work successfully once the buying decision has been made Maximize sales for the Sales Solutions Specialist's employer by providing such help to the customers Introduce modified, improved, and/or advanced technology to potential users who may have an application but who have not yet acquired knowledge of the material or technique in question Advice customers on how best to use the products or services provided Collaborate with the design, production, engineering, or departments of their companies or clients to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit customers' needs Requirements: Have technical understanding of the complexities of what the company supplies together with sales skills A relevant qualification Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Metrology: Machine Tools: Vast product knowledge helps streamline client needs and applications Dimensional Measuring and Metrology Equipment: Understanding precision equipment and techniques to advise clients on processes and applications Tool making Techniques: To better understand the industry and problems a salesperson will need to find a solution for A Strong Engineering Foundation Technical Knowledge: A vast amount of technical knowledge of all of the company’s engineering’s products and services to better help a customer’s needs The Sales Solutions Specialists information will be discussed in full during the interview process outlining salary, pension, medical aid, travel allowance and more If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of the closing date, please accept that your application has been unsuccessful Please send your CV to susan@humancommunications.co.za
