Vision for a Nation Foundation (VFAN) is an award-winning UK charity founded by philanthropist James Chen that is improving the lives of people with poor vision. VFAN has transformed eye care in Rwanda by providing local access to affordable eye care – delivering 2m eye tests. Head of Programmes
The Head of Programmes will design and manage VFAN’s portfolio of country and thematic programmes. They will operationalise VFAN’s 5-year strategy and build partnerships with a diverse array of actors, including public and private sector organisations.

Head of Fundraising & Partnerships
The Head of Fundraising & Partnerships will develop and execute a fundraising strategy to support VFAN’s growth. They will build partnerships with institutional and corporate donors as well as philanthropists, charitable trusts and foundations. They will also look to identify innovative fundraising approaches for VFAN, such as development impact bonds.

Finance & Business Manager
The Finance & Business Manager will be responsible for all financial and administrative aspects of VFAN’s work. They will manage VFAN’s assets and financial systems, and will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the organisation.
