An opportunity exists to join this Investor in People Company in the above capacity. Metropolitan Lesotho is a wholly owned subsidiary of MMI holdings, a company registered on the Johannesburg stock exchange. We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individuals to be part of the Sales and Distribution team as a Regional Manager – Brokers. The incumbents will report directly to Head: Sales and Distribution.

Key Performance Areas

Support the development and implementation of Retail marketing and advertising strategies taking into account macro and micro economic conditions;
Ensure that the Region is profitable by maximizing production levels and premium income;
Maintain the required percentage of conservation at regional level;
Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions;
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling Sales Managers; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; and identifying new customer opportunities;
Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values.

Knowledge and Experience Required

Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/B Comm Accounting or related field;
5 years’ experience in Management level;
Experience in marketing and managing sales teams would be an added advantage.

Claims & Service Provider Manager.

The incumbents will report directly to General Manager – Health.

Increased and well maintained Customer satisfaction.
Increased and well maintained Service Provider satisfaction.
Establish a high performance team.
Improved and consistent claims turnaround time.
Obliteration of fraudulent activities/transactions.

Must have strong leadership skills;

Problem identification and solving skills.
Must have a strong business acumen;
Excellent planning and organizing abilities with quality orientation;
